  • 2 Whole Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 50 grams of Prosciutto
  • 50 grams of Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Olives (green or black)

  1. Remove the eggs from the carton but don’t put them in a cooking pot. Add clean water just enough to cover the eggs by about 1 inch. Bring the water to a boil before adding your eggs. This will make it much easier for you to remove the shell afterward. After the water has started to boil put your eggs in and set your cooking timer to 8 minutes.
  2. The eggs should be much easier to peel now. Use tongs to remove the eggs and then peel off the egg shell. Add the 2 eggs to a glass container along with the olives, prosciutto and cheddar cheese. You can serve it cold.
