Blueberry Porridge with Chia and Hemp Seeds  


  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds


  • Fats: 42 grams

  1. Add all of our secret formula ingredients together, except for the blueberries into a little cooking pot. Then mix and combine them together and allow them to come to a boil.
  2. Once it reaches the boiling temperature, reduce the heat to a medium-low setting. Let the blueberry porridge simmer for a time of three to five minutes.
  3. Once you see that the porridge has thickened up, take it off of the burner.
  4. Place the porridge mixture into a breakfast bowl and add your last ingredient the blueberries to the top.
