Blueberry Porridge with Chia and Hemp Seeds
- 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup of Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
- Fats: 42 grams
- Carbohydrates: 17 grams
- Net Carbohydrates: 8 grams

- Add all of our secret formula ingredients together, except for the blueberries into a little cooking pot. Then mix and combine them together and allow them to come to a boil.
- Once it reaches the boiling temperature, reduce the heat to a medium-low setting. Let the blueberry porridge simmer for a time of three to five minutes.
- Once you see that the porridge has thickened up, take it off of the burner.
- Place the porridge mixture into a breakfast bowl and add your last ingredient the blueberries to the top.
