Delicious Breakfast Biscuits


  • (6 Biscuits)
  • 3/4 Cup of Almond Flour
  • 6 oz of lean Pork Sausage
  • 3 Grade A Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of diced Green pepper
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper


  • (2 Biscuits)

  1. Allow the oven to preheat to 375 degrees. Then place a pan that will hold the mixture on medium heat. Next you will need to add some coconut oil. If the coconut oil is hard then allow it to melt and then add the 6 ozs of pork  sausage and the half of cup of green peppers.
  2. After the sausage is cooked, then move the pork sausage and peppers to a dinner plate to allow them to cool down.
  3. Mix the almond flour, half a cup of cheddar cheese, 3 eggs and the spices into a bowl. Now you can add the sausage and peppers to the mixture. Next form the mixture into 6 biscuits and then place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Allow the Biscuits to bake for 10 – 11 minutes, and then remove them. Allow to cool down to eating temperature and then serve fresh. Enjoy!
