Keto Butter Chicken Amore  


  • 4 oz of Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cups of Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp of Onions
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • Dash of Salt & Pepper

  1. Put some coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  2. After the coconut oil has melted, add in the 2 Tbsp of chopped onions, the garlic and the rest of the spices and cook until the onions are semi-transparent.
  3. Place the ½ cup of coconut milk, 2 Tbsp of tomato paste and the 1 Tbsp of coconut flour together in a bowl, combine and mix well and then add it to the pan.
  4. For your next step cut the chicken up into small cubes, and add them to the pan, cover the pan and cook for 13 -15 minutes.
  5. While the chicken is almost finished cooking, shred the cauliflower so as to create cauliflower rice. You can use either a food processor or a box grater.
  6. Now please put a second cooking pan on medium heat and add in the olive oil, the 2 cups of cauliflower rice and a dash of salt and pepper.
  7. Cook the cauliflower until it resembles a kind of rice texture. Once the butter chicken amore is finished cooking place both on a dinner plate and enjoy your meal.
