Grecian Tzatziki Lamb Burgers


  • (2 servings)
  • 1 lb of Ground Lamb
  • 1 tsp of Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp of Ground Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups of Spring Mix Greens

Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 Cup of Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 English Cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp of Fresh Dill
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Dash of Sea Salt & Ground Pepper

  1. In a big mixing bowl combine the 1 pound of ground lamb, the 1 tsp of paprika, the 1 tsp of sea salt and the 1/2 tsp of ground pepper to make 4 patties.
  2. Place a cooking pan on medium heat and add in the coconut oil. After the coconut oil melts,  put the Lamb burger patties in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on one side, and then 5 minutes on the other side.
  3. While the Lamb burger patties are cooking, start preparing the Tzatziki sauce. Begin by peeling and shredding the cucumber. Next, combine the cucumber with the yogurt, fresh dill, garlic, sea salt and ground pepper to make the Tzatziki sauce.
  4. Once the lamb burger patties have finished cooking on both sides add the tzatziki on top along with any other vegetables or toppings that you may want. Add a tasty green salad on the side to round it off.
