Garlic Butter Salmon Fillet with Mashed Cauliflower

  • 8 oz of Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp of Grass Fed Butter
  • 1/2 tsp of Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp of Thyme
  • Dash of Salt & Pepper

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400F/200C.
  2. Put the salmon fillet on a plate and coat it with 2 cloves of garlic, herbs and 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  3. Wash thoroughly and chop up the cauliflower head, then steam cook it until the cauliflower is easily stabbed by a fork.
  4. Put the perfected salmon fillet in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  5. Once the cauliflower has been steam-cooked, put it in a food processor with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and a dash of salt and pepper. Blend until the cauliflower mixture has achieved a smooth consistency. Please Note: if you do not have a blender than you could use a potato masher.
  6. Once the salmon has been cooked, then you can serve it promptly.
