Garlic Butter Salmon Fillet with Mashed Cauliflower

- 8 oz of Salmon Fillet
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 Tbsp of Grass Fed Butter
- 1/2 tsp of Oregano
- 1/2 tsp of Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp of Thyme
- Dash of Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Begin by preheating your oven to 400F/200C.
- Put the salmon fillet on a plate and coat it with 2 cloves of garlic, herbs and 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- Wash thoroughly and chop up the cauliflower head, then steam cook it until the cauliflower is easily stabbed by a fork.
- Put the perfected salmon fillet in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
- Once the cauliflower has been steam-cooked, put it in a food processor with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and a dash of salt and pepper. Blend until the cauliflower mixture has achieved a smooth consistency. Please Note: if you do not have a blender than you could use a potato masher.
- Once the salmon has been cooked, then you can serve it promptly.
