Keto Peanut Butter Smoothie


  • 3 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • Handful of Ice


  • Fats:  32 grams
  • Carbohydrates:  21 grams
  • Net Carbohydrates: 13 grams
  • Protein: 40 grams
  • Total Calories:  496


  1. Pour the cup of unsweetened Almond milk into the blender. This will help prevent the other ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the blender.
  2. After that, add in 3 Tbsp of peanut butter, the 1 Tbsp of Vanilla protein powder, the 1 Tbsp of chia seeds and the handful of ice.
  3. Start blending at a low speed and increase the speed as required to achieve the desired smoothness.
  4. Once the formulated liquid has become even, then pour it into a glass and drink promptly to preserve its nutritional value.
