Stuffed Avocado Delicio (Keto)  


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup of Mini Mozzarella Balls
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • Dash of Salt & Pepper

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove its pit. Carve out slightly more of the avocado flesh to make a deeper pit.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and then combine them with the mozzarella balls in a mixing bowl. Mix them together and then put them inside of the avocado.
  3. Add a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the top.
  4. Add a dash of salt and pepper to finish it off.
