Fiesta de Taco Salad (Keto)  


  • (Makes 2 Servings)
  • 4 Cups of Romaine Lettuce
  • 250 g of Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup of Salsa
  • 1/2 Cup of Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp of Sour CreamSeasonings:
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder


  • (per serving)
  • Fat: 34 grams
  • Carbohydrates: 15 grams
  • Net Carbohydrates: 6 grams
  • Protein: 34 grams
  • Total Calories: 481 Cals


  1. Place a cooking pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil. Melt the coconut oil and then add the lean ground beef.
  2. While the lean ground beef is cooking start preparing the salad by washing and cutting up the romaine lettuce.
  3. Once the ground beef has been cooked through add all the seasonings including the Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder and the Cayenne powder. Mix well.
  4. Arrange the salad by putting the Romaine lettuce on the bottom. Put the sour cream in the middle. Then add the beef and salsa to right and the avocado and cheese to the left. It should look like the plate in the picture.
