Bacon and Beef Chili (Keto)

- 8 oz of Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Strips of Bacon
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 2 Cups of Beef Bone Broth
- 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup of Tomato Paste
- 1/4 Cup of Yellow Onions
- 1 Tbsp of Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp of Cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp of Oregano
- Dash of Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Please start by cooking the 2 strips of bacon in a frying pan on medium heat until they are crispy and then put aside. Remove the extra oil by placing them on a napkin.
- Leave a small amount of bacon fat in the pan and add the ¼ cup of onions, stalk of celery, and bell pepper to the pan and cook until semi-transparent.
- Now you can add the lean ground beef to the vegetables and cook until completely browned.
- Add in the Tbsp of chili powder, ½ Tbsp of cumin, and the oregano. Stir in thoroughly so everything is completely mixed and then cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Cut up the 2 strips of lean bacon into pieces and throw them in the pan. Set the heat on low and then add in tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the 2 cups of bone broth and then simmer without the cover for 20 minutes. Put the shredded cheese on the top. Now it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
