Stuffed Avocado Delicio (Keto)

- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup of Mini Mozzarella Balls
- 1/2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- Dash of Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the avocado in half and remove its pit. Carve out slightly more of the avocado flesh to make a deeper pit.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and then combine them with the mozzarella balls in a mixing bowl. Mix them together and then put them inside of the avocado.
- Add a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the top.
- Add a dash of salt and pepper to finish it off.
