Keto Butter Chicken Amore
FORMULA
- 4 oz of Chicken Breast
- 2 Cups of Cauliflower Rice
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp of Onions
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp of Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tbsp of Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
- Dash of Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Put some coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- After the coconut oil has melted, add in the 2 Tbsp of chopped onions, the garlic and the rest of the spices and cook until the onions are semi-transparent.
- Place the ½ cup of coconut milk, 2 Tbsp of tomato paste and the 1 Tbsp of coconut flour together in a bowl, combine and mix well and then add it to the pan.
- For your next step cut the chicken up into small cubes, and add them to the pan, cover the pan and cook for 13 -15 minutes.
- While the chicken is almost finished cooking, shred the cauliflower so as to create cauliflower rice. You can use either a food processor or a box grater.
- Now please put a second cooking pan on medium heat and add in the olive oil, the 2 cups of cauliflower rice and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook the cauliflower until it resembles a kind of rice texture. Once the butter chicken amore is finished cooking place both on a dinner plate and enjoy your meal.
