Coconut and Chia Pudding

- 1 Can of Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup of Berries
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- Stevia to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a bowl. Don’t add in the berries. Combine well and then place the mixture into a sealed container.
- Allow the chia seed pudding to chill in the refrigerator for three hours or it can sit overnight.
- Once it has finished chilling you can divide it into 4 servings and add a handful of berries on top.
